Since January 2010, NDT EXPERT is
recommended to all the airlines and MRO by
Airbus Central Entity as Non
Destructive Testing specialist for the Airbus aircrafts
Rudder inspection.
The control is made to check the good bonding of repairs on the
rudders.
The work will be a jointly performed with F-TECH, specialized in
composite repair. NDT EXPERT is now providing a new service of Borescope Inspection for maintenance operations:
- Qualified Part 145 inspections
- Issue of Certificate of Release to Service (EASA Form One)
- Engines qualification with Part 147 training
- Woldwide inspections anywhere at anytime for following engines :
- IAE V2500 (Airbus A319/A320)
- CFM 56-3 (Boeing 737)
56-5 A (Airbus A319/A320)
56-5 B (Airbus A318/A319/A320/A321)
56-5 C (Airbus A340)
56-7 B (Boeing 737)
- Full DVD video recording of inspections
- Flaw sizing by stereoscopy
- Inspections in respect of our customers facilities
